One suite for Sunday and the rest of the week
The pastor says Romans 8:1. It is already on the screen.
MyChurch listens to the pulpit and puts every verse on the sanctuary screens, the livestream and every phone in the room, in each person’s language. Then it runs the rest of your week: people, care, volunteers, kids and giving, on one record.
Pulpit microphone
If you have your Bibles, turn with me to Romans chapter eight, verse one. Paul does not start with what we have to do.
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Romans 8:1 KJV
Sanctuary screen, stage monitor and livestream, at once
Most churches run Sunday on six tools that do not talk to each other.
Lyrics live in one place, people in another, giving in a third. Schedules travel on thumb drives. A visitor who fills out a card on Sunday has to be typed in again on Monday. MyChurch puts all of it on one shared record.

MyChurch Studio
Scripture that keeps up with the preacher.
Studio does everything your presentation software does today: songs, scripture, media, themes, stage display, multiple outputs and NDI for the livestream. Then it listens, and finds the verse before your volunteer can type it.
When a verse is cited
Romans eight verse one, Rom 8:1, first Corinthians thirteen, verse five, the next verse. Spoken numbers, ordinals, ranges and follow-on verses, in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
When a verse is quoted
A preacher recites John 3:16 without naming it. Studio matches the words against every verse in the Bible and recognises it from the quote alone.
When a verse is paraphrased
Theme matching suggests the verse a preacher is alluding to. Those suggestions always wait for a person to approve them, so nothing appears on screen by guesswork.
Under half a second
From the end of the spoken reference to text on screen.
You set the line
Confident matches go straight up. Anything less waits in a queue for one tap. Or approve everything; your call.
Ten minutes to learn
Space for next, B for black. A first-time volunteer can run a service the same morning.
Sunday never fails
Unplug the network cable. The service keeps going.
Your Bibles, songs, media and the speech model all live on the booth computer. The cloud adds sync, phones and other campuses when it is there. When it is not, nobody in the room notices. Changes sync on their own once you are back online.
- Runs a full service with no internet
- Main screen, stage monitor and livestream, each with its own look
- Phone and tablet remote on the church network
- Lower-thirds with transparency for OBS and vMix over NDI
- Nursery alerts over any slide without interrupting it
- Countdowns and a run sheet that warns the stage when a segment runs over
Go live everywhere
One button. Every platform your church streams to.
YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, X, Vimeo and your own website at the same time, with the verse on screen as a lower-third. Instagram gets a vertical version automatically. If one platform drops, the others stay live.
Slow upload at the church? Send one stream to the MyChurch relay and it reaches every platform from the cloud.
Backgrounds for every screen
The main screens, the LED wall and the lobby, each with its own look.
Set a background for each display, from classic projectors to ultra-wide LED walls and portrait screens. Upload your own MP4, JPG or PNG, use the built-in motion backgrounds, or describe one and let AI make it at the right shape, with room left for the lyrics.
MyChurch Live
Every phone in the room follows along. In its own language.
Put a QR code on the lobby screen. Guests scan it and see the lyrics, the verse being read and live captions of the sermon, translated as it is preached. No app to download, no account to make.
Captions for everyone
For guests who are hard of hearing, and for anyone who missed a word.
Translated live
Spanish, French, Portuguese, Korean, Yoruba, Chinese and Arabic. Your glossary keeps names and terms right.
Notes with blanks
Sermon notes that fill in as the pastor preaches, saved on the phone for later.
A real welcome
A connection card that creates the guest's profile and starts your follow-up, with no one retyping it on Monday.
Lobby
Youth camp 2027
July 10 to 14 at Camp Kintail. Register by June 1.
Signage
Any TV in the building becomes a managed screen in two minutes.
Open the player, read the six-digit code, type it into Admin. Then schedule pictures, video, events and countdowns to one screen, a group or every campus. Announcements expire on their own after the event.
- One emergency message to every screen in seconds, protected by your PIN, then straight back to the schedule.
- Kids check-in pages a parent on the sanctuary screens and by text at the same time.
- Screens keep playing from their own cache for weeks if the internet goes down.
The rest of the week
One record for every person, from first visit to leading a team.
Check-in, giving, prayer requests, serving and pastoral care all belong to the same profile. So when someone has missed three Sundays, a pastor knows that week, not next quarter.
Discipleship pathways
See who is a first-time guest, who was just baptised and who is ready to lead. Move people along, or let attendance and classes move them for you.
Pastoral care
Hospital visits, counselling, bereavement and new babies, with reminders so no one falls through the cracks.
Volunteers
A rota that balances availability and fairness, flags people who serve too often, and lets volunteers swap shifts from a text.
Kids check-in
Matching security codes on child and parent labels, allergy alerts on every badge and pickup by authorised adults only.
Giving
Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, bank, text and kiosk giving, recurring gifts and campaigns, with an option for donors to cover the fee.
Accounting built in
Every gift and offering count posts to a real double-entry ledger. Year-end CRA and IRS receipts go out to every donor in one click.
Privacy as a feature
What someone tells their pastor stays with their pastor.
- Care notes are encrypted one by one. Each note has its own key. Only the pastoral team can open them, and every time they do, it is recorded.
- Every church is walled off at the database. Even a mistake in our code cannot show one church another church’s data.
- Card numbers never touch our servers. Payments go straight to Stripe.
- Children’s data is kept to a minimum and controlled by parents. Staff with access to care, kids or giving sign in with a second step.
